How much does your management service cost?
15% of rental income including VAT, with no setup fee and no subscription. We only earn when your property is booked. Our first owners pay 10% for their first three months.
Am I tied into a minimum term?
No. Our management contracts have no minimum term, just one month's notice. Only the 10% launch offer is reserved for owners who entrust us with their property for one year.
Can I book cleaning only?
Yes. If you manage your bookings yourself, we clean and prepare the property between stays: from €50 for a studio, from €65 for a 1 bedroom apartment, and your first cleaning is half price.
Which areas do you cover?
Geneva, Annemasse, Gaillard and the border towns, the Arve valley with Cluses and Sallanches, and the resorts of Samoëns, Morzine, Les Carroz, Morillon and Saint Gervais. Property elsewhere? Get in touch, we look at every request.
My property is already on Airbnb, can you take over the listing?
Yes. We take over your existing listing, with its reviews, and optimise it: photos, description, calendar and pricing.
